Following a highly successful collaboration with Kahchun Wong in Taipei, where she performed Tan Dun​’s Fire Ritual and Sibelius’ Violin Concerto, Eldbjørg Hemsing returns to Manchester 3 October to perform Fire Ritual with the Hallé at Bridgewater Hall, once again under the baton of Wong.

The concerto was written specifically for Eldbjørg Hemsing and offers a profound musical dialogue between humanity and nature.
