Gustavo Gimeno returns to California to conduct Los Angeles Philharmonic this week, with concerts on 25, 26 and 27 November at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. 

The programme includes the US premiere of Francisco Coll’s Aqua Cinerea, and Javier Perianes joins the orchestra to perform Saint-Saëns’ Piano Concerto No.5. The concerts are completed by Shostakovich’s Symphony No.5. The concerts will be recorded for later broadcast.
