Getting into the Christmas spirit this season, artists Alex Otterburn (Ernie) and Zwakele Tshabalala (Angel) take to the stage with ENO’s new production of Heggie’s It’s a Wonderful Life.

Based on the 1946 Frank Capra movie of the same name, the story follows struggling banker George Bailey and a team of guardian angels who will try to show him that his life may be more wonderful than he previously imagined. 

With performances running from 25 November – 10 December, this classic Christmas tale will be brought to life for the first time in the UK by the ENO Chorus and Orchestra alongside the all-star cast under Nicole Paiement, with direction and choreography by Aletta Collins.
