AbracadOpera! – a 45 minute family programme produced by the English National Opera and Somethin’ Else TV Studio – will air on 10 June for Sky Kids On Demand and on 11 June at 10:00 for Sky Arts. Designed to introduce young viewers to opera for the first time, this comedy-musical-drama unfolds as an epic adventure featuring the artform’s best characters, and starring Alex Otterburn as the barber Figaro and Zwakele Tshabalala as the bohemian Rodolfo. 

AbracadOpera! has been created as part of Access All Arts Week, a new nationwide learning programme for Primary Schools from Sky Arts, which provides free resources for teachers across the UK and Ireland to take their classes on a week-long creative adventure in partnership with leading artists and arts organisations.
