This month Jean-Efflam Bavouzet performs in Tokyo, returning for concerts with the NHK Symphony Orchestra and to give a recital at Yamaha’s flagship building — Ginza Hall.

At the orchestral performances on 14 March at Bunkamura Orchard Hall and 15 March at Koshigaya Community Center, Bavouzet plays Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No.5 under Junichi Hirokami. The recital on 11 March also features Beethoven alongside works by Debussy and Ravel. 

Later this season Bavouzet returns to Asia for recitals in Taichung and Taipei and concerts with the Hong Kong Philharmonic conducted by Case Scaglione.
