After a highly acclaimed debut with Orchestre de Paris last month, Aziz Shokhakimov returns to the Philharmonie de Paris on 26 November with his own Orchestre Philharmonique de Strasbourg. Shokhakimov has been the orchestra’s music director since 2021. Together they have two discs of Prokofiev and Tchaikovsky. In this concert, they delve deeper into the Russian repertoire, with Khachaturian’s Violin Concerto, performed by Nemanja Radulovic, and Prokofiev’s Symphony No.5.
