Berliner Philharmoniker celebrates the grand finale of Jörg Widmann​’s residency this season with the world premiere of his horn concerto under the baton of Sir Simon Rattle and soloist Stefan Dohr in three concerts at Philharmonie on 30 – 31 May and 1 June.

The 40-minute work marks another milestone in Jörg’s oeuvre, co-commissioned by Tokyo Metropolitan, Swedish Radio, Stavanger and Lucerne Symphonies and Brussels Philharmonic. The concert on 1 June is set to be streamed live on Digital Concert Hall from 6:45pm CET.
