Soprano Mari Eriksmoen joins Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and Choir for the world premiere of Swedish composer Albert Schnelzer’s oratorio Salt.
The oratorio was commissioned by Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra to celebrate the city of Gothenburg’s 400th anniversary in 2021 and takes inspiration from the sea and Gothenburg’s rich history and relationship with the water.
The two performances on 20 and 22 April conducted by Joana Carneiro, will be broadcast on Swedish Radio and recorded for GSOplay.
