Conductor Sakari Oramo and Soprano Anu Komsi return to Germany for a series of concerts with Gürzenich-Orchester Köln and Bochumer Symphoniker. Audiences in Cologne can see the pair perform Magnus Lindberg’s turbulent Accused: Three Interrogations for Soprano and Orchestra and Sibelius’ colourful Symphony No.5 on 5–7 March at Kölner Philharmonie, and audiences in Bochum will be able to see them perform Sibelius’ The Bard, Brahms’ Symphony No.1, and the world premiere of Oramo’s own orchestration of Debussy’s Chansons de Jeunesse on 9–10 March at Schauspielhaus Bochum.
