István Várdai appears as soloist alongside Sinfonieorchester Liechtenstein, featuring in Elgar’s Cello concerto under the baton of Sebastian Lang-Lessing. This programme is interwoven with Wagner’s Tristan and Isolde Prelude to Act 1, which was inspired by the references to Elgar in Wagner’s piece. Concerts take place on 31 January and 1 February at Schaan, SAL Saal am Lindaplatz.
