Taavi Oramo makes his French debut with three performances with the Orchestra of the Opéra de Rouen. The tour takes them to Louviers on 22 May, Bagnoles-de‑l’Orne on 27 May, and Lieurey on 29 May and features soloists Naoko Yoshimura and Lucas Dietsch. The programme includes Bonis’ Suite en forme de valses, Mendelssohn’s Konzertstück No.2 in D minor, opus 114, Sibelius’ Valse triste, and Debussy’s La mer arranged by Marlijn Helder.
