Pablo Heras-Casado returns the NDR Elbphilharmonie-Orchester with two concerts at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg on 12 and 13 April, and at Musik- und Kongresshalle in Lübeck on 14 April. The program includes Britten’s Four Sea Interludes, from Peter Grimes, Manuel de Falla’s Noches en los jardines de España, reuniting once more with pianist Bertrand Chamayou, and Schumann’s Symphony No. 3 ​‘Rhenish’, which will come out in a Complete Symphony Cycle of the composer, recorded with the Münchner Philharmoniker for the label harmonia mundi, on 6 June.
