Lionel Bringuier makes two debut appearances this month. The first is in Houston, Texas on 11, 12 and 13 March at Jones Hall. Matthew Roitstein and Megan Conley feature in a programme comprising Smetana’s ​“The Moldau” from Má Vlast, Takemitsu’s Toward the Sea II, and Rachmaninov’s grand Symphony No. 2.

On 18 and 19 March Bringuier returns to Europe to conduct the Orchestre Philarmonique du Luxembourg and Alexander Malofeev in Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninov. The concert at the Philharmonie, Bringuier’s debut appearance there, will be recorded for later broadcast on radio 110.7 on 13 April.
