Lionel Bringuier opens 2022 with concerts in Stockholm, Zürich and Nice, conducting Ravel, Rachmaninov, Berg and Tchaikovsky.

On 12 and 13 January Bringuier steps in for Dalia Stasevska to conduct the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra in Ester Mägi’s Vesper for string orchestra and Rachmaninov’s Symphony No 3. Later in the month he travels to Zürich to conduct soloist Vilde Frang in Berg’s Concerto for Violin with the Tonhalle-Orchester on 20 and 21 January.

On 28 and 29 January, Bringuier marks the beginning of his 2021/22 season with Orchestre Philharmonique de Nice in his role as Artiste Associé. He conducts Nicolas Bringuier in an all-Tchaikovsky programme, featuring the composer’s Concerto for Piano No.1 and Symphony No.5.
