Nicolas Altstaedt makes his debut in Munich with Münchner Philharmoniker on 20 and 21 February in Isarphilharmonie. He performs Cello Concertos by Erich W. Korngol and Anders Hillborg alongside Polish conductor Krzysztof Urbański.

Altstaedt returns to Munich in March for two special performances of Wolfgang Rihm’s programme in Herkulessaal in Munich. Chamber concert on 9 March at 20:00 with violinist Ilya Gringolts and violist Lawrence Power performing Rihm’s Musik für drei Streicher, followed by an orchestral concert of Rihm’s Doppelgesang on 11 March at 20:00 alongside Lawrence Power, conductor Ingo Metzmacher and Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks.
