On 25 November at Ulster Hall in Belfast, Nil Venditti makes her long anticipated UK debut with Ulster Orchestra. Under her baton the orchestra performs a programme called The Charm of the Classical featuring Caroline Shaw’s Entr’acte, Fanny Mendelssohn’s Overture in C and Schumann’s Symphony No.1 Spring. Alongside Venditti the orchestra welcomes back the flautist Adam Walker to perform Mozart’s Concerto No.1. The concert will be recorded for a deferred broadcast on BBC Radio 3.
