For the second time this year Nil Venditti conducts Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse in a concert on 30 October at Halle aux Grains. This performance called An American in Paris, a Frenchman in New York features Gershwin’s famous An American in Paris, Bernstein’s On the Town and Glass’ Concerto for Piano. For the latter, the invited soloist is the renowned pianist and composer Jean-François Zygel. Under Venditti’s baton the orchestra also performs Zygel’s La Ville.
