Stephanie Childress conducts the Orchestre de Paris for the first time in a series of school and family concerts on 9, 10 and 11 November 2021. The programme comprises the incredible Britten’s Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra, Op.34 and Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf narrated by Alexandre Letondeur.
Childress returns to the Orchestra later in the season for a laureates concert where she will conduct a new work by Scottish composer, Helen Grime following her 2nd prize win at ‘La Maestra’ in September 2020. Other Paris engagements this season include concerts with Paris Mozart Orchestra and Orchestre de Chambre de Paris in Spring 2022.
