Recital partners Javier Perianes and Tabea Zimmermann have teamed up to record a new album, Cantilena, which is a celebration of Spanish and Latin American music featuring Piazzolla’s Le Grand Tango, Falla’s Siete Canciones Populares Españolas, and Villa Lobos’ Bachiana Brasileira No 5 (Cantilena).

Released internationally on harmonia mundi, the album is first available on digital platforms on 17 April, with CDs available from 8 May.
