Pierre-Laurent Aimard presents a special recital programme in honour of Beethoven’s 250^th anniversary this year which juxtaposes Beethoven’s masterworks against the music of leading 20^th and 21^st century composers including Schoenberg, Berg, Benjamin and Stockhausen, Messiaen, Ligeti and others.

The series will be presented internationally throughout the year including recitals at: Cite de le Musique, Paris on 25 January & 13 February, International Piano Series London on 10 March, New England Conservatory, Boston on 29 March and 92 Street Y, New York on 2 and 4 April.
