Nobuyuki Tsujii makes his Enescu Festival debut

Nobuyuki Tsujii travels to Romania to make his Enescu Festival debut in three concerts. On 10 Sep, Nobu performs Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto No.2 with the Romanian National Youth Orchestra conducted by Michael Sanderling at the Grand Palace Hall in Bucharest. This concert is live-streamed on the Internet, and also recorded for deferred broadcasts on TV and radio. Nobu then performs two recitals in Sibiu on 12 Sep, and in Cluj on 14 Sep. Programme includes works by Chopin, Debussy and Ravel.
Nobu will then return to Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra to perform in the Season Opening concerts on 19 and 22 Sep. Nobu will reprise his incredible interpretation of Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto No.2 with the Orchestra conducted by Vasily Petrenko. The concerts will be recorded for a delayed broadcast on BBC Radio 3.
