Nobuyuki Tsujii returns to Carnegie Hall
3/5/2019
Nobuyuki Tsujii returns to Carnegie Hall on 10 May to play works by Satie, Debussy, Ravel and Chopin, stepping in to replace Murray Perahia.
After winning the Van Cliburn Competition 10 years ago, Nobu made his debut at Carnegie Hall in 2011 — a documentary was released about this recital and Nobu’s story: Touching the Sound — The Improbable Journey of Nobuyuki Tsujii’, a documentary film by Peter Rosen.
Nobu will perform recitals later this season at the Enescu Festival and Leibnizsaal Hannover.
