Kent Nagano conducts Detroit Symphony Orchestra and closes the season in Montréal

Kent Nagano conducts Detroit Symphony Orchestra this week with a programme of Prokofiev and Bruckner on 24 and 25 May. The concert opens with Beatrice Rana, pianist, performing Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto No.3 with the Orchestra, followed by Bruckner’s majestic Symphony No.3. The performance on Saturday May 25 is live webcasted here. Kent will then return to Montréal to conduct Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal in their closing concert devoted to Berlioz, marking the 150th anniversary of the composer’s death.
