Akiko Suwanai returns to the Hong Kong Philharmonic for one of her season’s highlight concerts. She performs one of her signature works, Walton’s Violin Concerto under the direction of Lawrence Foster. Concerts take place at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre on 7 and 8 of April.

The rest of the season will see Akiko Suwanai tour Japan with the Philharmonia Orchestra and Esa-Pekka Salonen, give debut concerts with Detroit Symphony Orchestra and Leonard Slatkin in Detroit and Tokyo, as well as perform chamber music projects at Seoul Spring Festival and the International Music Festival NIPPON 2017.
