Allison Cook reprises one of her signature roles – Marquise de Merteuil – in Àlex Ollé / La Fura dels Baus’ production of Francesconi’s Quartett at the Gran Teatre del Liceu. Performing under Peter Rundel, the run opens on 22 February.

A highly regarded artist in contemporary repertoire, Allison recently created the role of the Red Queen in the world premiere of Gerald Barry’s Alice’s Adventures Under Ground under Thomas Adès. This season features another world premiere for Allison when further ahead she presents Katarina Glowicka’s Only My Pen Tolerates My Choices in recital at La Monnaie.
