Starting off in Paris this February, Alina Pogostkina performs Sibelius’ Six Humoresques with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio Franceunder the baton of Mikko Franck on 3 February, followed by a Manchester concert with the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra on 16 February where she can be heard in Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto.

Other highlights this spring include engagements with the Mozarteum Orchester Salzburg and concerts on 8, 9 and 10 March at the Grosses Festspielhaus featuring Khachaturian’s Violin Concerto. She then returns to Austria for a collaboration with the Tonkünstler-Orchester Niederösterreich and Michał Nesterowicz in concerts at Vienna Musikverein on 1 and 2 April presenting Glazunov’s Violin Concerto.
