Elizabeth DeShong joins the Royal Scottish National Orchestra this week for performances of Verdi’s Messa da Requiem at the Usher Hall, Edinburgh on 2 December and Glasgow Royal Concert Hall on 3 December.

Conducted by Carlos Prieto, these concerts mark Elizabeth’s return to the UK following her highly-acclaimed turn at the 2016 Glyndebourne Festival as Hermia in Britten’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. In the spring, Elizabeth makes her debut at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden as Suzuki in Madama Butterfly under Sir Antonio Pappano.
