Josep Pons returns to London on 16 October to conduct the Philharmonia Orchestra in Schubert’s Symphony No.8 and Mahler’s Das Lied von der Erde with Matthias Goerne and Robert Dean Smith at the Royal Festival Hall.

This follows the album release of Berio’s Sinfonia and Mahler/Berio’s 10 Frühe Lieder with BBC Symphony Orchestra and Matthias Goerne (Harmonia Mundi) which The Guardian awarded four stars.
