Mezzo-soprano Maren Favela makes her US debut this week as Cherubino in Le nozze di Figaro with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. With performances on 17, 18 & 20 September, Maren sings under the orchestra’s Music Director, Edo de Waart.

An exciting young talent, Maren spends this season as a member of Theater Basel’s ensemble with roles including Curra in Verdi’s La forza del destino, Zerlina in Don Giovanni and Kasturbai in Philip Glass’ Satyagraha.
