This week sees Daniel Blendulf and Behzod Abduraimov perform two concerts with the West Australian Symphony Orchestra on 3 and 4 June at Perth Concert Hall.

The programme features Schumann’s Overture from Manfred, Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto No.3 and Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No.6. The concert on 4 June is recorded by ABC Classic FM for a deferred broadcast on 5 July.

Making his debut with the orchestra, Blendulf also leads a morning concert on 2 June. For Behzod, it is his long awaited return to the Perth Concert Hall, after his tremendously successful first appearance with the orchestra in 2012.
