Behzod Abduraimov tours Asia & Australasia

Behzod Abduraimov embarks on a three week tour of Asia and Australasia.
The tour begins in Japan where he makes his debut with Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Simone Young in Tokyo (26 June) and Osaka (28 June) performing Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto No.3.
This is then followed by a major recital tour of Australia which sees him in Melbourne (29 June), Brisbane (30 June), Sydney (2 July), Adelaide (3 July) and Perth (9 July). He also returns to Auckland for a concert with Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra (6 July) together with a recital (7 July).
He concludes the tour by debuting at the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing (14 July), playing Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No.1 under the baton of Lü Jia.
