On 30 April Xian Zhang returns to Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw to conduct the Netherlands Radio Philharmonic Orchestra.

The concert is broadcast live on NTR radio and the programme features Dvořák’s Carnival Overture, the Dutch premiere of Unsuk Chin’s Clarinet Concerto with Kari Kriikku as soloist and Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No.4.

Zhang returns to Amsterdam in August for concerts with the Dutch National Youth Orchestra, and then again in October when she conducts the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra.
