This week countertenor Lawrence Zazzo joins B’Rock and René Jacobs as Cardenio in Conti’s Don Chisciotte in Sierra Morena on tour in Europe. Lawrence performs at the Theater an der Wien (15 November), Philharmonie de Paris (17 November) and the Kölner Philharmonie (25 November).

An acclaimed interpreter of the baroque repertoire, Lawrence goes on to sing Purcell’s The Fairy Queen with RIAS Kammerchor under Rinaldo Alessandrini and will perform the role of Delio in Cavalli’s Veremonda at the Schwetzinger SWR Festspiele in the spring.
