Ain Anger joins The Cleveland Orchestra and Franz Welser-Möst as Peneios in Daphne

This week Ain Anger adds the role of Peneios in Daphne to his repertoire as he joins The Cleveland Orchestra for semi-staged performances of the work. Conducted by the orchestra’s Music Director, Franz Welser-Möst, performances are on 27 and 30 May.
Elsewhere this season, Ain continues to work at the highest level in the US as he tours Daphne with The Cleveland Orchestra to New York’s Lincoln Centre and joins Andris Nelsons at the Tanglewood Festival singing Mahler’s Symphony No.8.
