Alexei Volodin appears in recital at Paris’ Salle Pleyel on 27 January.

Following performances at the venue last season, including a solo recital and a chamber concert with musicians from the Berliner Philharmoniker, Volodin returns to the venue to perform Bach’s Goldberg Variations, Ravel’s Miroirs and Prokofiev’s Sonata No.7.

The Ravel work features in Volodin’s critically acclaimed CD on Challenge Classics; titled Miroirs, the recording features works by Schumann and Scriabin, as well as Ravel.
