Hit & Run, a new orchestral work by Sauli Zinovjev, receives its world premiere on 21 October at Bamberger Konzerthalle. Jukka-Pekka Saraste conducts Bamberger Symphoniker in a programme that also includes Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto and Shostakovich’s Symphony No.8.

Commissioned by Bamberger Symphoniker, Hit & Run was composed in 2021 during Zinovjev’s year-long scholarship at the Internationales Künstlerhaus Villa Concordia in Bamberg.
