Sakari Oramo conducts BBC Symphony Orchestra and Chorus at Barbican on 13 December in a performance of Elgar’s The Dream of Gerontius as a tribute to the late Sir Andrew Davis. The orchestra and chorus are joined by soloists Dame Sarah Connolly, Nicky Spence and Roderick Williams.
