Jean-Yves Thibaudet and Gautier Capuçon begin their tour of duo recital in Asia. The first concerts take place on 1 October at LG Arts Center Seoul, 3 October at Hong Kong Cultural Centre, 5 October at Guangdong Xinghai Concert Hall, and 8 October at Poly Theatre in Beijing. 

The Seoul and Hong Kong programmes include Schubert’s Fantasiestucke, and piano and cello sonatas from Brahms, Debussy, Shostakovich. The Guangdong and Beijing programmes include the Chinese premiere of Birdsong composer Richard Dubugnon​’s Double Cello, Piano and Orchestra Concerto, Eros athanatos, which was written in 2018 for Thibaudet and Capuçon.
