John Daszak kicks off the new season with performances of Elektra at Teatro di San Carlo opening on 27 September. Conducted by Mark Elder the shows continue on 29 September, 1 and 3 October.

Following Naples, Daszak reprises the role of Aegisth on the stage of the Staatsoper Hamburg under the baton of Kent Nagano. Performances run from 10 to 19 November.
