Valentin Thill makes his debut as Pong in Christophe Coppens’ new production of Turandot at La Monnaie. Performances are conducted by Ouri Bronchti, opening on 14 June. Valentin returns to La Monnaie following his successful debut as Tavannes in Les Huguenots, of which Olyrix remarked Thill demonstrated ​“a mastery of his voice perfectly matched with the character. Direct, frank and honest, this singer’s voice fits beautifully into a very masculine cast.”
