Santtu-Matias Rouvali and Philharmonia embark on an eight-date tour across Europe with a mixed programme featuring music by Rachmaninov, Beethoven, Shostakovich and Sibelius. Starting at the Concertgebouw, Amsterdam on 9 April and ending at the Musikverein, Vienna. They also play concerts in Brussels on 10 April, Cologne on 11 April, Munich on 13 April, Stuttgart on 14 April, Rosey on 15 April and Basel on 16 April. Pianists Bruce Liu and Rudolf Buchbinder join Rouvali and the Orchestra on the tour with Rachmaninov’s Second Piano Concerto and Beethoven’s ​‘Emperor’ Concerto respectively.
