Esther Yoo debuts and Santtu-Matias Rouvali returns with New York Philharmonic

Violinist Esther Yoo makes her debut with New York Philharmonic, performing Leonard Bernstein’s Serenade alongside one of her long-trusted collaborators, conductor Santtu-Matias Rouvali who makes a return to the orchestra. The pair is set to dazzle audiences of New York in a series of four concerts at David Geffen Hall’s Wu Tsai Theater on 8, 10, 11 and 13 February, which also includes Bernstein’s Serenade.
The following week, on 15, 16 and 17 February, Rouvali presents Dvořák’s Symphony No.7 and Farrenc’s Overture No.2, while Bruce Liu makes his New York Philharmonic debut with Rachmaninov’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini.
