On 30 March, Pierre-Laurent Aimard joins Maestro Cristian Măcelaru and Orchestre National de France at the Maison de la Radio et de la Musique in Paris to perform Ravel’s Tombeau de Couperin and Messiaen’s Les Oiseau Exotiques.
This concert is the fourth in a series of five performances grouped under the title ‘Jubilé du National’ celebrating the orchestra’s 90th Anniversary. In keeping with the French theme, the programme also includes Bizet’s Symphony and Ibert’s Bacchanale.
