Conductor-composer Tan Dun and mezzo-soprano Hongni Wu come together with Orchestra dell’Academia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia for the Italian premiere of Tan Dun’s own Buddha Passion. The concerts, produced in collaborated with Romaeuropa Festival 2023, mark Hongni Wu’s debut with Academia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia. Concertgoers in Rome can catch any one of three performances on 23, 24 and 25 November at Santa Cecilia Hall, whilst those further afield can catch the second performance broadcast live on RAI Radio 3 at 20:30.
