Paavo Järvi returns to New York Philharmonic for three concerts on 16, 17 and 18 November at the David Geffen Hall. The programme opens with Tormis’ Overture No.2 and is followed by Britten’s Violin Concerto with Alena Baeva, who makes her New York Philharmonic debut. The second half of the concert brings Prokofiev’s Symphony No.6.
