Guitarist Sean Shibe kicks off his year-long ECHO Rising Stars tour with an extended programme at Wiener Konzerthaus comprising 20th and 21st Century wonders from the likes of Mangoré, Villa-Lobos, Birtwistle and the world premiere of Thomas Adès’ first major solo work for a non-keyboard instrument. The tour sees Sean perform a variety of programmes across 19 of Europe’s most iconic venues including Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Philharmonie de Paris and LSO St Lukes. Audiences in Vienna can see the first tour recital at Wiener Konzerthaus on 5 October.
