Pierre-Laurent Aimard and Tamara Stefanovich reunite for a 2‑piano duo recital at the Tonhalle Zürich exploring the music of Ligeti, Kurtág, and Messiaen on 1 October. The latest in a series of recent collaborations – including their 2022 album Visions, which has been described as​“Superb” by BBC Music Magazine – this recital follows Aimard and Stefanovich’s critically acclaimed recitals in Berlin’s Pierre Boulez Saal, at the Kurtág Festival in Amsterdam, and multiple performances of Bartók’s Concerto for Two Pianos in Mexico earlier this year.
