Gautier Capuçon joins Shanghai Symphony Orchestra and conductor Yuan Ding for a performance of Elgar’s famous Cello Concerto on 22 September. This concert commences Capucon’s residency with the orchestra over the 2023/24 season, where he returns to perform Saint-Saën’s Cello Concerto No.1 and Dutilleux’s Concerto.
