Pablo Heras-Casado conducts Wagner’s Parsifal at the Bayreuth Festival, with the premiere on 25 July. Performances continue throughout July and August, as two years of Heras-Casado travelling the world with the Parsifal score reaches its climax. 

Directed by Jay Scheib, the production features augmented reality technology in which the view of the stage is overlaid with digital images, and the real stage space is expanded with AR glasses.
