Gustavo Gimeno returns to the Palau de les Arts for Katie Mitchell’s production of Jenůfa with a cast that includes Elena Zaremba, Brandon Jovanovich, Norman Reinhardt, Petra Lang, Corinne Winters and Sam Carl. The production opens on 19 January with further performances on 22, 24, 27 and 29 January. 

During the run, Gustavo Gimeno conducts the Orquestra de la Comunitat Valenciana on 26 January at Les Arts, Valencia and 28 January at Auditorio y Palacio de Congresos de Castellón. He is joined by Javier Perianes who performs Mozart’s Piano Concerto No.20. The programme is completed with Brahms’ Tragic Overture and Symphony No.1.
